- These terms tell you the conditions for using our guaranteed part exchange tool.
- Mercedes-Benz Cars UK Limited (“We”) are a registered company in England and Wales under company number 2448457 and have our registered office at Delaware Drive, Milton Keynes, MK15 8BA.
- By using our tool, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.
- You agree that all information that you submit in relation to your vehicle is accurate and correct and is in no way false or misleading. Should any information later transpire to be false, misleading or inaccurate in any way, the valuation provided will be null and void.
- We reserve the right to update and/or change our guaranteed part exchange tool from time to time to reflect changes to our products, our users’ needs and our business priorities.
- Our tool is made available to you free of charge. We do not guarantee that our tool, or any content on it, will always be available or will be provided uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our tool for business and operational reasons at any time. We will always try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our tool through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.
- We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our tool, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
- The valuation estimate given by this tool is indicative only, based on the information you have input.
- Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our tool, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our tool is accurate, complete or up to date.
- In calculating the valuation estimate of the vehicle we have made the following assumptions:𠊊. your car has not been categorised as an insurance total loss (C/D/S/N).𠊋. your car was first registered as new in the UK.𠊌. the vehicle has not been used as a taxi or by a driving school or local authority.𠊍. the vehicle has not been modified, either for appearance of performance.𠊎. the odometer reading is accurate.𠊏. there are no noticeable problems with the vehicle’s steering, transmission, clutch, gearbox, suspension or brakes and all electrical items are functioning as expected. g. the tyres fitted to the vehicle meet the minimum legal standards.
- If any of these assumptions do not apply to your vehicle then the valuation estimate will not be accurate. Please contact your local Retailer to obtain an accurate valuation.
- Vehicle valuations are provided by our partner, British Car Auctions and are based on market activity at the time of completion of the valuation. Subsequent valuations for the same vehicle may return a different valuation.
- We reserve the right to amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use our tool, please check these terms to ensure that you understand the terms that apply at that particular time.
- We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Please note that we only provide our site for domestic and private use. You agree not to use our site for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
- Please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

WLTP CO₂ emissions
The indicated values were determined according to the prescribed measurement method - Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP). Figures shown may include options which are not available in the UK. WLTP CO₂ values will be effective from 1st April 2020. Additionally [a] For Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) figures determined with battery fully charged. These models require mains electricity for charging. [b] For Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) figures determined with the battery fully charged, using a combination of both battery power and fuel. Figures shown are for comparability purposes; only compare with other cars tested to the same technical procedures. Figures may not reflect real life driving results, which will depend upon a number of factors including the starting charge of the battery [a][b], factory fitted options, accessories fitted (post registration), variations in weather, driving styles and vehicle load.Further information about the test used to establish fuel consumption and CO₂ figures can be found at www.mercedes-benz.co.uk/WLTP
NEDC CO₂ emissions
The indicated values were determined according to the prescribed measurement method. These are the "NEDC CO₂ values" according to Art. 2 No. 1 Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1153.The figures do not refer to an individual vehicle and are not part of the offer; they are provided solely for the purposes of comparison between different vehicle models. The values vary depending on the chosen optional extras. IMPORTANT: The way a new vehicle’s CO₂ is shown is changing due to a change in the law. Customers should check with a Mercedes-Benz Retailer whether their vehicle will be registered before or after 31st March 2020, as this could have a significant impact on the amount of Vehicle Excise Duty (“VED”) and/or Company Car Benefit in Kind taxation (“BIK”) to be paid. Since 1st January 2019, the energy and fuel consumption figures shown were determined by the Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (“WLTP”). Whilst all new cars on sale have been type-approved according to WLTP, the figures shown are required by law to be the values from the outgoing New European Drive Cycle (NEDC) test, derived through a set formula from the WLTP values, until April 2020. From April 2020, for newly registered vehicles, the actual CO₂ figures from the WLTP test will be published and used for the calculation of VED and BIK. In many cases the WLTP CO₂ figure will be higher than the NEDC figure. This is because the new WLTP test is designed to be more stringent and a more accurate reflection of the vehicle’s efficiency and CO₂ emissions when on the road. The efficiency or performance of the vehicles themselves have not changed. Figures shown are for comparability purposes; only compare with other cars tested to the same technical procedures. Figures may not reflect real life driving results, which will depend upon a number of factors including the starting charge of the battery, factory fitted options, accessories fitted (post registration), variations in weather, driving styles and vehicle load.Further information about the test used to establish fuel consumption and CO₂ figures can be found at www.mercedes-benz.co.uk/WLTP
